4 Fun Exercises To Teach Your Kids Mindfulness

4 Fun Ways for Kids To Learn Mindfulness At Home

Did you know that mindfulness education in schools has these proven benefits? Mindfulness education increases optimism and happiness in classrooms, decreases bullying and aggression, increases compassion and empathy for others and helps students resolve conflicts.

If you ever want to be inspired and also have a giggle, ask a group of kids what they think “mindfulness” is. “Relaxing out of our daily troubles and stress,” “A way to stay yourself when you’re going through something troubling” and “It’s like getting off of one railroad track and getting onto another one” were some of my favorite answers from the recent class meeting. Kids can really be fountains of spiritual wisdom!

Feel free to try these mindfulness exercises at home with your kids!

1. The Bell Listening Exercise

Ring a bell and ask the kids to listen closely to the vibration of the ringing sound. Tell them to remain silent and raise their hands when they no longer hear the sound of the bell. Then tell them to remain silent for one minute and pay close attention to the other sounds they hear once the ringing has stopped. After, go around in a circle and ask the kids to tell you every sound they noticed during that minute. This exercise is not only fun and gets the kids excited about sharing their experiences with others, but really helps them connect to the present moment and the sensitivity of their perceptions.

2. Breathing Buddies

Hand out a stuffed animal to each child (or another small object). If room allows, have the children lie down on the floor and place the stuffed animals on their bellies. Tell them to breathe in silence for one minute and notice how their Breathing Buddy moves up and down, and any other sensations that they notice. Tell them to imagine that the thoughts that come into their minds turn into bubbles and float away. The presence of the Breathing Buddy makes the meditation a little friendlier, and allows the kids to see how a playful activity doesn’t necessarily have to be rowdy.

3. Smell & Tell

Pass something fragrant out to each child, such as a piece of fresh orange peel, a sprig of lavender or a jasmine flower. Ask them to close their eyes and breathe in the scent, focusing all of their attention only on the smell of that object. Scent can really be a powerful tool for anxiety-relief (among other things!).

4. The Art Of Touch

Give each child an object to touch, such as a ball, a feather, a soft toy, a stone, etc. Ask them to close their eyes and describe what the object feels like to a partner. Then have the partners trade places. Both this exercise and the previous one are simple, but compelling, ways to teach the kids the practice of isolating their senses from one another, and tuning into distinct experiences.

Mindfulness Is More Effective Than Drugs For Both Anxiety and Depression. Here’s How

Mindfulness-based trainings have shown beneficial effects on inflammatory disorders in prior clinical studies and are endorsed by the American Heart Association as a preventative intervention. The training provides a biological mechanism for therapeutic effects.

A study in Psychoneuroendocrinology by researchers in Wisconsin, Spain, and France reported the first evidence of specific molecular changes in the body following a period of intensive mindfulness practice.

Mindfulness Meditation The Most Effective Form

Dr. Madhav Goyal of the John Hopkins School of Medicine, who led the research published in JAMA, singled out mindfulness meditation as the most effective form.

“It doesn’t surprise me at all that mindfulness performs as well as or better than medication,” says Adrian Wells, a professor of psychopathology at Manchester University and a clinical advisor to the charity Anxiety UK. The psychologist Katie Sparks agrees.

“In the group work that I’ve done with sufferers of anxiety or depression, I’ve found it very beneficial because it calms the mind. It’s not a new thing,” she adds.

That’s an understatement: Mindfulness is a meditation technique that has been advocated by Buddhism for 2,500 years. Paul Christelis, the Light Centre’s course leader and a clinical psychologist, defines it as “paying attention to your experience, on purpose, in the present moment, without judgment or criticism.”

Its crossover into Western culture has been gradual. But in 2004, its use in preventing the relapse of depression was approved by the U.K.’s National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence (Nice). It has rapidly gained traction since.

Gene Activity Can Change According To Perception

According to Dr. Bruce Lipton, gene activity can change on a daily basis. If the perception in your mind is reflected in the chemistry of your body, and if your nervous system reads and interprets the environment and then controls the blood’s chemistry, then you can literally change the fate of your cells by altering your thoughts.

In fact, Dr. Lipton’s research illustrates that by changing your perception, your mind can alter the activity of your genes and create over thirty thousand variations of products from each gene. He gives more detail by saying that the gene programs are contained within the nucleus of the cell, and you can rewrite those genetic programs through changing your blood chemistry.

In the simplest terms, this means that we need to change the way we think if we are to heal cancer. “The function of the mind is to create coherence between our beliefs and the reality we experience,” Dr. Lipton said. “What that means is that your mind will adjust the body’s biology and behavior to fit with your beliefs. If you’ve been told you’ll die in six months and your mind believes it, you most likely will die in six months. That’s called the nocebo effect, the result of a negative thought, which is the opposite of the placebo effect, where healing is mediated by a positive thought.”

That dynamic points to a three-party system: there’s the part of you that swears it doesn’t want to die (the conscious mind), trumped by the part that believes you will (the doctor’s prognosis mediated by the subconscious mind), which then throws into gear the chemical reaction (mediated by the brain’s chemistry) to make sure the body conforms to the dominant belief. (Neuroscience has recognized that the subconscious controls 95 percent of our lives.)

Now what about the part that doesn’t want to die–the conscious mind? Isn’t it impacting the body’s chemistry as well? Dr. Lipton said that it comes down to how the subconscious mind, which contains our deepest beliefs, has been programmed. It is these beliefs that ultimately cast the deciding vote.

Mindfulness Movement

The intention of Basic Meditation is to trick the mind into releasing itself, trick the mind into giving the thinking apparatus a rest, so that we can realize our Higher Selves, our essential oneness with whatever we consider to be divine. On the other hand, the intention of Mindfulness Meditation is secular; namely, to train the mind, in the same way that we would lift weights to strengthen a muscle, to be able to concentrate — and avoid weakly wandering around on autopilot — for longer and longer periods of time.

As opposed to “zoning out,” Mindfulness Meditation is like “zoning in” on whatever phenomenon or phenomena we choose to zone in on. We consciously focus our attention upon designated and specific thoughts or sensations that arise in our field of awareness and observe them non-judgmentally – maybe even label them. Thus, there are countless types of Mindfulness Meditations because we can choose to focus our attention on seemingly infinite phenomena.

Mindfulness is gaining a growing popularity as a practice in daily life, apart from buddhist insight meditation and its application in clinical psychology. n this context mindfulness is defined as moment-by-moment awareness of thoughts, feelings, bodily sensations, and surrounding environment, characterized mainly by “acceptance” – attention to thoughts and feelings without judging whether they are right or wrong. Mindfulness focuses the human brain on what is being sensed at each moment, instead of on its normal rumination on the past or on the future.

Mindfulness fosters compassion and altruism: Research suggests mindfulness training makes us more likely to help someone in need and increases activity in neural networks involved in understanding the suffering of others and regulating emotions. Evidence suggests it might boost self-compassion as well.

Constant stimulation offered by mobile devices — the average person checks their phone every six-and-a-half minutes — keeps us permanently alert, affecting our ability to concentrate, form memories and relax. If anxiety is the modern malaise, perhaps mindfulness is the cure.

According To Psychologists, Coloring Is One of The Best Alternatives To Meditation

It’s Not Too Late To Rediscover Your Own Artistic Talent!

As of the time of this publication, six of the top 20 selling books on Amazon are adult coloring books. Coloring is a hobby that we typically think only little toddlers and kindergartners would enjoy, but it turns out that even adults can benefit from it. Check out the list of “Best Sellers in Coloring Books for Grown-Ups“.

Coloring is a low-stress activity that allows an individual to unlock their creative potential. More importantly, it helps relieve tension and pent-up anxiety because it unlocks memories of childhood and simpler times. As psychologist Antoni Martínez explains to The Huffington Post, “I recommend it as a relaxation technique. We can use it to enter a more creative, freer state. I recommend it in a quiet environment, even with chill music. Let the color and the lines flow.”

Ben Michaelis, a psychologist, says, “There is a long history of people coloring for mental health reasons. Carl Jung [founder of psychology] used to try to get his patients to color in mandalas at the turn of the last century, as a way of getting people to focus and allow the subconscious to let go. Now we know it has a lot of other stress-busting qualities as well.”

Basically, if you are having a rough day at work or just a bad day in general, then feel free to take out some crayons or colored pencils and start coloring. As a parent with children, I’m sure that you will have some coloring books lying around the house. Pick one up and relax!

Please SHARE this helpful tip with everyone you know. Everyone can benefit from coloring!

Study Reveals That Meditation Could Protect The Brain From Signs Of Aging

According to a new study from the UCLA Brain Mapping Center, meditation may also protect the aging brain. Researchers from the University of California at Los Angeles and Australian National University found that the brains of longtime meditators were less affected by aging than the brains of those who don’t meditate.

The brain begins to decline in the 20s, and continues to decrease in volume and weight through old age. Meditation, in addition to boosting emotional and physical well-being at any time in life, may be an effective way to prevent neurodegenerative diseases like dementia, Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s, as well as help stave off some of the normal cognitive decline that comes with aging. The strategy is free, and it comes with no side effects.

The new study builds on 2011 research from the same team, which showed that people who meditate exhibit less age-related atrophy in the brain’s white matter, material that makes up nearly half of the brain and is composed of nerve fibers that the brain uses to communicate.

In this study, researchers looked at the link between meditation and the preservation of gray matter, the tissue where cognition occurs and memories are stored. They examined the brains of 100 participants, 50 people who had been meditating for an average of 20 years and 50 non-meditators. Both groups were made up of 28 men and 22 women between the ages of 24 and 77.

The participants’ brains were scanned using fMRI technology. While both groups showed a decline in gray matter with older age, longtime meditators experienced smaller reductions in gray matter volume than those who did not meditate. It seemed that gray matter, in those who meditated, was better preserved.

While the findings don’t prove causality — personalities, lifestyle factors and genetic brain differences may also play a role — they are certainly promising. The next step for this research would be a longitudinal study tracking the brains of a group of meditators and non-meditators over many years to examine changes that occurred as a direct result of years of meditation, Kuth said.

And at a time when Americans are living longer than ever before but experiencing higher rates of Alzheimer’s and other neurodegenerative disorders, the research is an important reminder that mindfulness can exert a long-lasting influence on brain health.

The findings were published online in the journal Frontiers in Psychology.

OmHarmonics Review – Binaural Beats Zen and Relaxation Meditation Music by Mindvalley

Meditation with OmHarmonics: What Is It and How Does It Work Reviews

Everyone from Madonna to Lady Gaga swear by the power of meditation. The soothing routines of meditation can focus your mind, clear out harmful emotions, and help you concentrate on the positive aspects of your life. However, if you are anything like me, you know that clearing your mind of clutter is a really difficult task. You may start out correctly but you end up worrying about hundreds of different tasks that clutter up your day-to-day to life.

The big question is….How do you find a way to clear your mind quickly and efficiently?

The simplest answer is that you have to train your mind to slip into a meditative trance quickly. As we’ve already said, this is difficult for most of us to achieve. But there is no need to worry. You can achieve a peaceful state of mind by using a helpful tool like OmHarmonics. If you are interested in meditation then you should learn more about this tool by reading our OmHarmonics Review.

What is OmHarmonics?

OmHarmonics is a collection of five binaural beats created by audio engineers. The rhythms are designed to guide your mind quickly into the meditative state and help you achieve mental peace. You may not know this but binaural beats are a scientific reality.

According to Wikipedia, binaural beats were first noted by Heinrich Wilhelm Dove, a prominent physicist, in 1839. He noted that when signals in different dual frequencies were presented to the brain, the brain detected the phase difference between the two variable frequencies. It then tried to create the difference in beats to bridge the gap.

This new frequency was called binaural beats. By generating the beats, the brain started to resonate with the beat (Frequency Following Response) and it was guided into a meditative state or alpha state.

According to professionals, alpha state was the light sleep-like state that was essential for meditation. By following the brainwave entertainment provided by the different frequencies, the brain could be trained to slip quickly and easily into the alpha state for future meditations.

This process was investigated by doctors at the Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City and the therapy is now endorsed by doctors and scientists from all over the world as a great way to achieve focused concentration.

Pros of OmHarmonics

1. There are several companies that offer binaural beat generation tracks to assist in meditation. There are two major types of brainwave entertainment tracks on the market; one will contain futuristic beats while the other focuses on nature tracks. OmHarmonics combines both to create a light mix of music that is truly pleasing to the ears.

2. The tracks are designed to provide synchronization with breathing sounds and heartbeats and users have found it much easier to generate alpha waves.

3. OmHarmonics is the only one that offers a 15-minute and a 30-minute version. Due to this long and short version, you can use the tracks anywhere for quick or lengthy sessions.

4. The tunes are beautifully soothing. Unlike other tracks, the audio engineers have worked really hard to generate perfect synchronous and melodious tracks that are a joy to listen to anytime during the day or night.

5. Different tunes for different times of the day. Mindvalley, the publisher of the OmHarmonics program, knows that people may meditate all through the day. As a result, you can find lively tracks like ‘Awakening’ that will jazz up your day with energy and ‘The Spark’ which encourages creativity while ‘The Deep Rest’ will be helpful with a good deep sleep.

6. The website also offers free audio samples that you can try before you buy the entire kit.

7. The tracks are extremely portable to listen to and the designs are gorgeous to look at. You can download the tracks from the product website or transfer them to your MP3 player, tablet, smartphone, or laptop.

8. There is a 90-day money back unconditional guarantee and you can make use of a payment plan to purchase the product.

Cons of OmHarmonics

1. The program might be a little difficult for beginners to deal with as the sequence does not contain a guided meditation solution.

2. Some users have complained about breathing sounds heard on the track. The company has reduced the sound but the sounds are still audible on the track.

3. The company website states that extensive technology was used to make the different tracks. Complex words like ‘guided flow technology,’ ‘neuralsync technology,’ ‘MRT technology,’ etc. are used on the site and they may confuse a first-time user. But you should know that the technology is simple brainwave entertainment technology that works.

4. Beginners may find the OmHarmonics kit a little expensive.

The Bottom Line

Overall, OmHarmonics is a great product for meditation because it is incredibly relaxing to listen to. The binaural beats are extremely effective in getting people into the meditative “zones”, which are known to be very beneficial to your health. With that being said, people do have unique meditation experiences and preferences but you DON’T need to be a meditation expert to get good results with this program. After all, that is the reason this program exists. If you practice meditation routine (only 15 – 30 minutes daily or a couple of days per week), overtime, you will start to notice positive changes in your life. Why not try out this product for yourself and see if you like it? You really don’t have anything to lose!

How to Connect with Your Higher Self for Spiritual Guidance in Meditation

How Meditation Can Help You To Connect With Your Higher Self

The first time that you ever came across the term “higher self” or “higher consciousness” was probably when you were in middle school. For sure, you were young then, and you definitely didn’t have a clue who the higher self person really was, or what role your higher self supposes to play in guiding you. So, let’s start there.

Who’s the Higher Self (HS)?

Well, your higher self is no one else but you. Yes! Your complete soul consciousness is your higher self. The “you” that’s living here in this world is just but a projection of your higher self’s consciousness. Your higher self is what makes you complete; the one that never ends up being aggravated by the veil which draws down upon you when you incarnate and which ends up causing you to forget where you came from.

Your spiritual contract is always in the hands of your higher self, including all the plans you had in mind prior to your incarnation. He/she controls your instruction manual, and aside from that your life plan is in his/her warm palms.

Where is your Higher Self (HS)?

From here on in this article, let us refer to your higher self as HS. HS is neither female nor male, but, you will probably wish to identify HS with your current gender, for the purposes of this incarnation. Your HS lives in the ether, however is still in connection with you. Nothing can ever break that connection.

Higher self has access to your intentions, goals, intentions, everything you are wondering, feeling and thinking. There’s a channel that directly links you with your HS up in the ether while you still here on earth.

What role does Higher Self play?

Your HS watches over you and helps to guide you in the direction that you wanted to go when you established your life plan (your spiritual contract). HS clearly knows where you are ought to be, and when and who you are supposed to meet. Prior to your incarnation your HS met with some spirit guides and just basically asked, “Will you guide me after I incarnate? Particularly, I would like your help in order to accomplish Y.”

Higher self brings all your guides together, highlights the plan and the way they will be able to offer you help. He/she then gets ready to cast a part of his/her consciousness onto Earth.

Higher Self also works with the guides of your to-be parents too, to ensure they are in the right place and the right time carrying out the baby dance at the appropriate time of the month. But, as soon as you’re born, all you’ve got of your HS is just an ethereal relationship that you’ll hopefully discover or feel as you toil along through life.

Your Higher Self also moves quickly to make changes to your life plan should you, through your freedom, get off track and “mess” things up.

How do you connect with your Higher Self?

If you are able to reconnect with your HS, then you will definitely gain access to your complete life plan! The first thing you need do is start to hear your higher self. At times, HS may just sound like intuition. Sometimes Higher Self sounds like your mum’s voice warning you not to play football in the house.

At other times, HS may sound like the voice of justice, compassion, mercy, or reason. HS will say, “She’s cute, we want to marry her!” If you are aware, you can perhaps differentiate the voice of your Higher Self and that of your ego, which usually is fear-based.

If hearing is not your thing, then try seeing your HS. An ideal idea is to imagine yourself going to a stone bench, and calling for your higher self to sit and talk with you. The first time you are going to do this, it is going to feel like you are imagining everything.

However, the only way to tell when you are speaking with Higher Self is by the answers he/she gives you. When these answers begin to sound more knowledgeable or wiser than you usually do, then you have probably connected with your HS. When you start getting insights related to your current situation and sound advice as well, it is definitely HS that have connected with.

Just continue conversing with this manifestation of your HS until it feels like you are talking to another person and the answers/solutions you are getting do not look like they are coming from your own mind. This can really call for a lot of time as well as practice. In order to do this, you will need to achieve a very high state of consciousness.

How to Use Your Higher Self to Get the Spiritual Guidance You Need

Once you have connected with your HS, talk to him/her time and again. At times, if I have not checked in with HS in a while, you will begin getting signs that he/she wants to tell you something. Somewhat, it is like a spiritual message, “You have got a mail!” When this happens, you will open your journal program and read a message from him/her, or start a conversation.

HS will always be there when you need him/her, and at times he/she knows when you need him/her before you have realized it. Sometimes your HS wants to talk to you so badly that while you are doing a reading for another person, he/she will waylay you for a moment to give you a message and even drop you back off where you were.

You will try to tell him/her that it is really not appropriate for him/her to drag you away for a chat while you are in the middle of a reading, but he/she will admonish that if you visited his/her more often he/she would not have to do that. Higher Self is always the winner in most arguments, and the best thing is that he/she will always guide you appropriately. The right decision usually feels light and peaceful.

Therefore, set time for a weekly appointment with your HS and find out what he/she wants to tell you. It will absolutely be worth it. If you start reconnecting with your higher self more often, you will manifest better psychic abilities, and know how to enter a high level of consciousness.

It is easier to connect with your higher self when you are in a state of calmness. You can train your mind to be more focused and calm through mindfulness practices like meditation.

Just try to imagine what is going to happen to your life when you reconnect with your higher self! For sure, your life will transform positively.

Do You Look Into The Future Too Much That You Miss Out On The Present?

How To Stop Missing Out On The Present Moment?

Have you ever wonder if you are experiencing the best opportunities that might be right in front of you but you cannot see them because you are distracted by what might happen or what had happened? It’s great to plan for the future and to learn the lessons of the past. However, it is important to be appreciative the present moment. The present moment can prepare us for the future events in ways that we cannot yet understand.

According to Lao Tzu, the key to peace and happiness is to “live in the present.” Seems easy enough; don’t get ahead and don’t look behind. Just accept what is happening now.

And, it makes me wonder: How can I even measure this success that I’m after? And, what does it even look like? Will I wake up one day and say, “I feel it! I’ve arrived and I’m at peace!” And will that be enough?

I haven’t yet discovered the secret to staying in the now and being grateful for where I am and what I’ve accomplished so far. But, I’m trying and I’m giving myself — and you — mantras to keep it in check.

It’s safe to say that most people feel happiest when they are in relationships. Being single is great at times and can inspire amazing productivity and personal growth, but most people naturally have the end goal of being with “the one.”

When you start to see all of those engagement announcements roll through on Facebook, it’s very easy to feel the weight of being alone more intensely. We start to wonder if and when it will happen for us.

Some people get so scared that they settle for good enough or less than they deserve just so that they will some day soon get to make that announcement.

You never know what will happen and when you will meet “the one.” And, since you can’t and have little control over it, you might as well leave it up to fate and focus on loving yourself.

Mantra: Stay patient. Don’t force anything. Let things unfold naturally. Enjoy being single because once you do meet someone, you may never be single again.

Everyone has different measures of success when it comes to their careers. For the people who have lofty goals and want to reach for the stars, the road to get there is often filled with roadblocks and detours and rough terrain. It’s a necessary path, though, as it weeds out the ones who don’t fit or don’t have the physical or mental strength required.

But then, what happens if you do get to your goal? Then comes a whole new set of goals and challenges. Maybe you are a basketball player who wants to play in college, and you start striving for the NBA.

Then, you want to be the best in the NBA, have the most rings, make the Olympics, break the records, make history. It literally never stops.

It’s a funny thing that our minds do to us. “Once I get this, then…” And, what happens if you don’t? Then what?

It’s important to focus on what you have now and celebrate what it took to even get to that point. You may have so much more that you are striving for, but it’s important to think about what you can accomplish today.

You can look at the big picture and feel sad for what is not there, or you can be happy for what is, and look just one step ahead instead of 10.

Mantra: I am going to work as hard as I can to achieve my goals one day at a time, and I feel at peace with whatever outcome happens.

Sometimes, I think that once I finally have financial comfort, I will be happy. I know material things and savings are not what life is about, but I can’t help but feel like having them would greatly improve upon my life.

We all know the saying, “money can’t buy happiness.” And, while that saying is true, it does seem like money might bring about a great deal of relief. If we could at least just not stress about money, then we could focus on more important things that we want to do.

Money is so relative; if you have more, you spend more. Maybe your head feels further above water, but you still probably aren’t swimming in riches. With a nicer car comes a bigger car payment. If you want to buy nicer designer clothing, you have to shop at more expensive stores. You can finally buy that house, but now you have a mortgage.

Sometimes, more money does mean more problems, and definitely more financial responsibilities. It still seems like the better deal, but it’s important to know that it doesn’t guarantee happiness.

Mantra: I am not completely financially at peace yet, but there are much greater joys in my life than being able to pay for things.

You are the only thing that can ruin your happiness. Changes happen constantly, whether you like it or not. Your whole life could change tomorrow, for the better or worse.

Yearning for the future will cause you to miss the gift of the present, and the present is all we have. No one knows for sure how many days we get to have. So, don’t miss the opportunity to take full advantage of every single one.

Did You Know That Your Mind Viruses Are BLOCKING You From Being Successful?

WARNING: Your Mind Might Be Contaminated With Viruses And Bugs!!

Have you ever been in a situation where you have tried out a lot of personal development courses, invest into your own education to improve your skills but your progress just seem to go nowhere? Even worst, have you ever experienced that the more you try, the more you fail so you don’t want to try anymore? Even though failures can be amazing teachers in some cases, failures can be extremely painful and discouraging.

Have you ever thought that as each year goes by, you get MORE frustrated because no matter what you try, things just don’t seem to “work” and you even think that maybe you’re not meant to be successful? You then keep going back to your “normal” tasks and accept mediocrity because you think that it’s just not possible for you.

However, if you really think about it, you know that there’s an answer that will help you. You feel that you’re getting so close, but you don’t know what it is.

Why is it that “some people” seem to have the magic touch? Whatever they do, they get results and success. They have good things happen to them? They don’t seem like they have all the answers but somehow, out of the blue, the answers and support they need are attracted to them and turn their lives around but not yours? Have you ever wondered how and why two people starting out in the same path eventually achieve different results?

Einstein Insanity Quote

The answer is: MINDSET. There is a virus or bug in your mind that stops you from reaching to a higher level. The bug is a part of you so you are not aware of it until now. It is located in your mind and it hinders you from being successful at your endeavors. If you actually reach to a higher level, the bug WILL do its things to pull you back to the starting point. This explains why even though you have studied multiple personal development courses, business courses, or self-help books, you DON’T get the results that you wish to achieve.

Think of this as a computer. If you have a computer that was contaminated with viruses or malware before (as I have UNTIL I learn how to fix my computer), you know that these bugs do weird things to DESTROY your machine. You can’t open files, your browser automatically closes on its own, you hear questionable sounds, and one day, your computer doesn’t even power on. Also, if you try to install new software on an infected computer, the virus will literally block the software and give your computer even more problems. Like Glenn Turner said, “After all, just one virus on a computer is one too many.”

Now, think of your mind as a computer. If your computer is not fully supporting you because it is infected with bugs and viruses, it is really impossible to achieve your objectives. For example, if you want to start a restaurant but your mind keeps telling you that you don’t have the business skills or the connections you need, it is likely that you will not feel passionate in running your restaurant because most of the time, your mind tells you why you will fail instead of why you will succeed.

Rather than being the trustworthy best friend that you need, your mind acts on complete AUTOPILOT to become your own worst enemy. You will keep getting the same disappointing results until you learn how to remove the bugs inside your head (in case you’re wondering, no surgery is needed). In order to experience a different result, the mind needs to RESET to a structural way of thinking. Obtaining more information while the bugs are still present will only lead to frustrations.

I will write another article about A Bug Free Mind soon to cover how to remove the bugs of doubts, limiting beliefs, negative voices, fear, etc. inside your head for PERMANENT positive change.
